Hello there world!
This is a painting I have done of some horses in the sea. Recently I read 'The Scorpio Races' by Maggie Stiefvater and it gave me the inspiration for this painting. I loved the idea of the wild water horses and tried to encapsulate this here.
It's a really great book and I highly recommend it! I tried to incorporate some of the horses from the book into it, extra brownie points for anyone who can guess who's who!
This was painted in acrylics on canvas effect paper.
I do not own the Scorpio races,
But I do own this painting!
